Operations Engineer in Cumbernauld

Job Title: Operations Engineer   Location: Glasgow, Scotland   Salary: Between £55,000-£60,000 per annum   My client are responsible for the auditing and monitoring of contractors for a busy road network in Scotland. They're looking for an Operations Engineer to join the team based in Glasgow.   Responsibilities of the Operations Engineer: ·Review and investigate contractual and commercial matters on supplier contracts. ·Produce monthly programmes ·Co-ordination of the unit team to ensure successful delivery of service ·Discuss unit performance to identify concerns and mitigate any issues ·Contribute to the annual report ·Produce winter and incident response reports ·Attend progress, design and programming meetings ·Communicate efficiently both internally and externally   Requirements of the Operations Engineer: ·BEng in Civil Engineering ·Chartered Civil Engineer or equivalent ·Auditing experience ·Commercial acumen ·Experience working on maintenance contracts within the highways ·Excellent communication skills ·Able work within Glasgow area   Package for the Operations Engineer: ·£55,000-£60,000 per annum ·Annual salary reviews ·Benefits package ·26 days holiday increasing with service, and bank holidays on top ·Training and development opportunities ·Opportunity to contribute to busy highways projects   FOOTNOTE: If you feel that you are right for this role technically, but the salary, location or seniority does not suit you specifically then please still feel free to send us your CV.
