Role Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a strong background in furniture, interior, and workplace design. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day operations, project oversight, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, from procurement and inventory management to supplier negotiations and logistics.
  • Project Management: Manage design and installation projects for both commercial and residential clients, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base, ensuring their design needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in operations management within the furniture, interior design, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and guiding teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing long-term client relationships.
