The Role(s):

We are now looking for a Paralegal to join our Lincoln office.

The role will include working with more experienced colleagues on a variety of cases across the Clinical Negligence spectrum.

Person Specification:

• Good organisation skills and methodical
• Willing to learn
• Hard working - we are very busy!
• Attention to detail
• Able to work both in a team and independently on tasks
• Prepared to volunteer for tasks and roles within the team/willing to “have a go”
• Reliable
• Empathetic/good listener - the issues our cases cover can be sensitive/emotional/difficult and require supporting our clients through difficult times and investigations.
• It helps if they have some understanding of clinical negligence/personal injury/civil procedure, but not essential
• Able to offer any skills to help promote the CL Medilaw brand: social media, blogs, articles etc (desirable, but not essential)
• Sense of humour - we like to have fun!
