Payroll Advisor - Fixed term contract of 12 months - Liverpool - HybridSalary: up to £31,000 (DOE)Job SummaryPortfolio Payroll are currently working with a large organisation in the Liverpool area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to join their team. The client is going through a systems transformation period and need a Payroll Advisor to join their busy payroll department.Key Duties/Tasks:.Technical skills including Oracle System & excelSupport the busy payroll department high volume starters and leaversExperience dealing with multiple payrolls of varying shift patternsMust have very strong Excel as lots of manual processingHigh volume, fast pacedProvide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queriesEnsuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Reconciliations.Manual calculationsExperience of T & A system usefulOracle system ideally Desirable skills and attributes:2-3 years Industry experiencePrevious payroll experience in a fast paced and high-volume environmentA keen eye for detailEnjoy working within a teamStrong basic maths skillsExcellent communicator as you will be answering queriesConfident with ExcelCIPP advantageous not essential BenefitsPension 9% employer contribution, minimum 6% employee contributionFree parking on-siteUp to 28 days paid holiday each year plus public holidays.Hybrid workingNormal working hours are 35 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm with 1-hour unpaid break.To hear more about this fantastic opportunity please feel free to give me a call on (phone number removed) and ask for Liam.
