Job Title: Payroll Manager

JGA are partnered with an organisation who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead their payroll function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate the payroll team of 5+.
- Overseeing a payroll function of 4000+ employees.
- Lead projects to drive positive change.
- Seek ways to improve the function.
Skills required:
- CIPP qualified (essential).
- Experience managing medium sized payroll teams.
- Experience managing payroll teams of 5+.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Experience in projects (improving processes, policies, efficiency and accuracy).
