Payroll Manager in UK

JGA Are teamed up with well known Bureau seeking a Payroll Manager to join the team/

Duties:

• Manage your own portfolio of client payrolls.
• Work closely with the payroll manager to service multiple clients.
• Process payrolls from start to finish, including auto-enrolment.
• Assist with the training and development of team members.
• Build strong rapport with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with legislation, ensuring all work is in compliance, and keep the team informed.
• Maintain strong relationships through communication with colleagues, clients, HMRC, and other third-party providers.

Skills:

• Previous experience in processing client payroll.
• Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge.
• Ideally, have supervisory experience.
• CIPP qualified or equivalent.
• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, processing, and Auto Enrolment regulations.
