We’re looking for an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our growing Cybersecurity Company

Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, this is a standalone role which requires a degree of forward thinking. You will work with the senior leadership team towards long term objectives whilst also undertaking generalist day to day activities. It’s a key role responsible for a range of tasks across the People and Culture functions.

This is a busy and exciting role that supports the smooth operation of multiple business areas and requires an organised individual with fantastic communication skills.

This is a home-based position however there will be requirement to attend hub days across the country on a quarterly basis.

The Role:

  • Work with the Board and Senior Managers to deliver strategic Human Resource initiatives
  • Work with all Managers, as required, on coaching, performance management, processes, development and guidance
  • Work with Directors/Board on senior level matters, pay reviews, performance issues, change management
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
  • Update and maintain the HR system
  • Support in Employee Relation (ER) cases (Disciplinary, Grievance, Mediation, Probation reviews)
  • Dealing with various HR queries from employees and leaders
  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle
  • Recording and inputting data for the accurate completion of reports
  • Support line managers with people management.
  • Deliver HR induction training for new starters when required.
  • Supporting with the absence management process
  • Administration of employee benefits
  • Responsible for the booking of all Hubs across the UK.
  • Project management of all CyberLab events, including conferences and Christmas parties.
  • Management of our Cultural initiatives more specially our team of Cultural Ambassadors.

The Candidate:

  • CIPD level 5
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication to multiple levels of stakeholder
  • Proven experience in providing HR advice
  • Previous experience in a HR generalist role
  • Experience of Management Information (MI) production
  • Confidentiality
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment

Salary details: Up to £40,000 dependent on experience

Hours: A standard week is 37½ Monday to Friday

Working location: Home working position

Allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home whilst also having the option to work from one of our many local hubs spread throughout the UK. Ad-hoc travel to offices within the group and other locations may be required on occasion.
