Job DescriptionService Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Leaving Care Personal Advisor with Trafford CouncilTrafford Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Key responsibilitiesBe able to support young vulnerable people from the age of 16 years old to 21 years old.
Provide Advice guidance, practical and emotional support throughout the care leavers journey.
Have clear communication with other partner agencies to help support the young persons into independence.
