Role Description
This is a full-time, field role for a Photocopier Engineer in the North-West .
As a Photocopier Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of print devices.
This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with equipment installations.
You will also interact with customers to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of their equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in servicing and maintaining photocopier machines specifically Ricoh, Xerox or Epson.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in the print or mail room industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in photocopier servicing
