In this role the candidate will be responsible for helping our photographers plan, setup and execute photoshoot in studio and locations.

The candidate will also ensure smooth tracking of digital assets and he will be responsible for the delivery of the images through our systems in a timely fashion.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistency across the visual asset handling process and take ownership of deadline management image delivery to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Photographers and Internal Customers (product team and marketing team) to ensure timely delivery of visual assets via our existing systems
• Carry out quality checks of digital images to ensure consistency within the company’s guidelines
• Prepare sets, equipment and test new sets
• Ensure the workspace conforms to company health and safety guidelines
• Manage studio photography equipment inventory, keep a record of check in and out equipment, organise maintenance under photography manager's supervision
• Support photographers with shoot casting, production and location photoshoots when required
• Support creatives with pre-production when required
• Retouch images when required
• Ad hoc support to photographers

• Able to multitask and prioritise workload to cope with the demands of a fast paced and reactive business
• A problem solver with impeccable attention to detail and follow through
• A positive can-do attitude under heavy and consistent workloads
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A keen interest in fashion, studio and production processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual and well organised

Desired:

• Previous experience working as a photography assistant
• Detailed knowledge of modern photography techniques
• Naturally creative with a good eye for colour and style.
• Familiarity with professional cameras and lighting equipment
• Proficient with ADOBE photo editing software
• Retouching skills coupled with a strong understanding of retouching processes, colour correction and consistency
