Job DescriptionTo operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planningdepartment to create an effective schedule for execution by the teams on all jobs, using information gained from theclient and the department managers.

Craft an efficient schedule for the execution by the teams on all jobs· Access employee hours spent on projects and create reports on efficiency· Work with staff from different departments to collaborate and main coordination· Assisting in implementing maintenance planning and scheduling processes and developing processimprovements· Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely· Provide input to management and suggest improvements for efficiency· Develop a daily schedule to secure adequate resources to complete all jobs· Ensure all works orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finishedThrive within United Living’s values and culture of relentlessly striving to excellence through;· Doing the right thing· Raising the bar· Positive attitude and energetic pace· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Integrity· Ability to make things happen – starter/finisher· Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations· Experience in a customer service role, or similar.
