Madison Berkeley is excited to be working exclusively with one of the UKs top build to rent developers and operators.
They have exciting plans to quadruple the size of the portfolio in the next five years and are subsequently looking for a portfolio analyst to join their team based in Central London.
They currently have 1500 homes under management with 500 under construction that are due to be completed this year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior directors and provide support to the assets and strategy team on portfolio management/analysis and strategy developments.
We are looking for candidates that have circa three to four year's experience as an analyst within the real estate sector.
Ideally experience within the residential space but this is not essential.
some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Review and reconciliation of reporting as well as monitoring of portfolio financing.
- Preparing and presenting detailed financial reporting
- Tracking deal performance of transactions with continuous benchmarking.
- Carrying out scenario analyses of the current portfolio to provide best returns.
- Development of resolution strategies and assisting in their implementation
- Preparation and development of detailed business plans
- Providing analytical and corporate finance support to the executive team in underwriting, evaluating, and structuring real estate potential acquisitions.
