From garden gnomes to Ideal Homes, this is an exciting opportunity to join our communications team, working to build Homebase’s reputation as helpful home and garden experts. Sitting at the heart of the Homebase family, you’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to lead and develop creative campaigns and drumbeat conversations for media. We’re a ‘team first’ business, committed to our people and passionate about our role in local communities – whether through product donations or a helping hand – to make sure we leave everywhere happier, and greener than we found it.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus earning potential (Depending Upon Experience)
Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid - 2 days office-based, 3 days from home per week*.
*This may be more regularly during some of our busier, peak periods (up to 4 days per week on occasion) but you can expect to work from the office 1 to 2 days per week regularly.

What you need to be successful:
We’re looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about retail and landing best-in-class press coverage while inspiring our customers and team daily. Ideally, we need someone with a background in driving results through consumer PR activity, as you’ll be joining a fast-paced retail environment and rolling up your sleeves to land national campaigns. We’d love to hear from you if you thrive off no day being the same and if you’re a passionate, creative, and experienced communications expert.
