Through a combination of differentiated instruction, therapeutic interventions, and a nurturing ethos, they empower their students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.  We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our team at ABC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to meet the individual needs of students with diverse learning challenges, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The Primary Teacher will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals, to implement personalized learning plans and interventions that promote academic progress, social development, and emotional well-being. Flexibility, creativity, and patience are essential qualities in adapting teaching strategies to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and empowering every child to reach their full potential.  The desired Primary Teacher will possess: Qualified Teachers Status.  Experience working with students who have Learning and Physical Disabilities is essential, this can be at a personal level, within mainstream education or within SEN settings.  A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check. Flexibility, Patience and Creativity.  Understanding of Educational Health Care Plans and how to use these to support the individual child.  As a Primary teacher who is part of our team, you benefit from:  Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
