Are you a procurement professional with demonstrable knowledge of public sector procurement, and experience of managing such projects from start to finish?

We are looking for a Procurement Partner to join a leading public sector framework provider who supports local authorities and housing associations to procure a range of goods and services. 

With a core offering of procuring frameworks / dynamic purchasing systems, you will work with a range of customers and use your previous experience in running mini tender call-offs to provide best value. 

This will involve gathering and preparing all tender documents, running mini tenders/ITTs, collating and reviewing results and providing reports in line with regulations.

To be successful in your application to this role, you will be familiar with procurement regulations, portals, documents and contracts, including PCR 2015. 

You will come with proven experience in managing an end to end procurement process, ideally within the housing / asset management space, but other public sector procurement experience will also be considered. 

As this is a heavily regulated role, it will not be suitable for somebody who comes from a Buyer background – we’re looking for a proven procurement professional with the ability to take ownership of the full procurement lifecycle. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously and in a busy environment.
