We are looking for experienced Product Manager to join Castell part of Sentric Safety Group.

The product management function is responsible for managing the lifecycle of the Sentric product portfolio - from ideation through development, launch, pricing, maximising sales and profitability and finally discontinuance.

This function represents the voice of the customer.

This role is critical in defining and implementing the company strategy for the Sentric portfolio and responsible for defining the why, what and when of the product that the development team build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to create a product vision that stands out and meets customer needs
  • Drive product roadmap by identifying trends and new opportunities for Sentric
  • Recommend, document, and justify new product opportunities, outlining scope and requirements for new engineering projects
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including NPD documentation, go-to-market plans, pricing, product trials, and obsolescence
  • Conduct annual pricing reviews and ongoing margin analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective materials and strategies for product promotion
  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure smooth project execution and cross-departmental cooperation
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations for portfolio optimization
  • Regularly communicate product updates to the sales team and other relevant departments
  • Provide product training across all departments to ensure consistent product knowledge
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss new products and innovations, and make visits to partners to ensure alignment with their strategies

Qualification requirements:

  • Essential: Degree level qualification
  • Desirable: Project Management qualification
  • Essential: Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Desirable: Fluency in French
