With UK offices based in London & Manchester we are looking for a Product Manager to join our fantastic teams.

Your responsibilities

• Spearhead strategy and vision for product line, championing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement.
• Act as a bridge between market needs and technological capabilities, engaging with stakeholders to transform vision into reality.
• Develop and prioritize a roadmap that aligns with strategic goals, ensuring operational excellence and market competitiveness.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and product outcomes.
• Establish product metrics that align with business goals
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Our requirements

• A strategic thinker with 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
• Experienced with Agile methodologies and skilled in leading teams through the complexities of product development.
• An exceptional communicator and leader, capable of motivating others and advocating for your products.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a knack for spotting opportunities and the drive to bring innovative solutions to life.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of product development life-cycle.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, individual initiative and accountability.
• Culturally adept and experienced in working with diverse, global teams, servicing multiple regions.
