The Role

We are on the lookout for a proactive Product Manager who will contribute to the strategy and execution for one or more product areas.

This role is perfect for someone who is customer-centric, analytically minded, and has a knack for organizing complex tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional collaboration and possesses a deep passion for product development.

Your ability to communicate clearly across various organizational levels will be critical in translating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market positioning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver innovative solutions.

• Understand user needs and market trends to enhance product user flows and contribute to strategic product differentiation.

• Support technical team members by providing insights into product architecture and contributing to innovation in product development.

• Help craft and refine product narratives, adjusting communication styles to different audiences within the organization.

• Assist in creating agile processes for decision-making and delivery of product solutions, ensuring operational excellence.

• Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the assessment of project success and overall company growth.

• Engage in user research activities to help identify customer pain points, validate hypotheses, and test product features.

• Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and utilize market trends to inform product development.

• Facilitate team efficiency by grooming the product backlog and defining user stories for technical implementation.

• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate to enhance functionality.

We're looking for someone who must have:

• Foundational Product Management Experience: With a strong background in product management, you have honed your skills within the B2B, Fintech, and SaaS sectors, contributing effectively to product strategy and roadmap development.

• Strategic Planning and Execution: You've successfully engaged in crafting and executing product strategies, demonstrating a clear alignment with business objectives and market demands.

• Analytical and Market Insight: Your strong analytical skills have enabled you to perform in-depth market research, capturing industry trends and customer feedback to refine product direction and user experience.

• Collaborative Efficiency: You excel in partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive communication and collaboration that drive product initiatives to fruition.

• Technical Knowledge and Application: You possess a solid understanding of technical architectures in complex web and mobile platforms and are adept at leveraging this knowledge in product development.

• Data Literacy: Your decisions are informed by data; you're adept at interpreting metrics to guide decision-making and to gauge the success of product initiatives.

• Process Optimization: You bring an operational mindset, with proven experience in enhancing processes and managing product-level KPIs for continuous improvement.

• User-Centric Research: Your approach to product management is rooted in user research, identifying customer needs and testing product hypotheses to ensure relevance and value.

• Problem-Solving Creativity: Working closely with design and engineering teams, you have a track record of creatively solving problems to deliver user-centric solutions.

• Mentorship and Team Growth: While fostering team collaboration, you also contribute to the professional growth of your peers, sharing knowledge and mentoring within the product space.
