Data Product Manager

Salt are working with one of the worlds leading data service providers, creating the future of data roaming across the globe.

Their market leading portfolio of products leverage innovative data and financial clearing solutions, making them renowned for their proprietary software and driving force within this space.

They're on the hunt for a Product Manager who passionate about building data products and leveraging the latest technologies to solve tangible customer problems.

Primarily this Product Manager will be tasked with re-inventing two of their existing and much loved products in order to drive further adoption and ensure both products are hitting the mark with their customers.

The first product utilizes vast datasets to provide customers with identification and monetisation solutions for the data passing through their networks.

The second, a business intelligence tool and dashboard built in QLIK, providing real time insights to help customers gain greater understanding into their users.

There is a well established Product Org, operating globally and fully remote with this role reporting into either their Head of Product or Product Lead.

The culture really promotes entrepreneurial Product people, with their being a tangible opportunity to have a significant impact on these products, alongside developing your career as a PM.

Here are a few key requirements they're looking for:

  • 2+ years experience working as a Product Manager on B2B products, ideally with a focus on data with a track record of tangible outcomes and achievements.
  • The ability to breathe life into establish products and identify new strategic opportunities within new and existing customers, optimizing performance and extending market reach.
  • Good foundational skills in data, with the ability to leverage large datasets to create commercially viable products.
  • Experience working with cross functional team across engineering, data science, sales and marketing.

The role is fully remote in the UK and will involve some occasional travel.

The interview rounds sit across three stages:

  • Intro with their Head of Product
  • Case study interview with Product Lead and Engineering or data counterpart
  • Final interview with their CPO.
