This is a rare opportunity for a production manager to join a global manufacturing and process delivery organisation at their Warminster facility. The company have grown organically over 140 years, and the production manager is a key appointment to their team. Managing a team of 5 your role will encompass;

  • Responsibility for the factory and office staff.
  • Management of the production process from start to finish.
  • Ensuring consumables and raw materials are maintained and available to support distribution.
  • Facilities management and maintenance of the site.
  • Purchasing and inventory control.
  • Motivation and development of the team.
  • Price negotiations.
  • The company are keen to appoint a production manager who can demonstrate the ability to drive efficiency and is not afraid of making key decisions to enhance performance. The role would be ideally suited to you if you have worked as a production manager or manufacturing manager. Equally if your background is facilities management within either of the above settings this could be the opportunity for you.

    We envisage you will have previously been in a management role and thrive in an ever changing landscape. If you have experience withing the chemical industry, then this would be of interest. IOSH or NEBOSH are essential for the role.

    You will be joining a global player who are ambitious in their goals. They have strengthened their expertise and portfolio with a number of key acquisitions into the brand.

    £52,031 + 5% bonus

    Healthcare scheme
