Mackinnon Bruce International are proud to be partnered with our client in the Flavors, Fragrances, and Essential Oils Industry based in Chertsey, to hire a Production Operative.

The Client
An internationally recognised business in the Flavors, Fragrances, and Essential Oil manufacturing industry, with over 90 years in operations and partnering within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, and Fragrance sectors.
Location
On-site in Chertsey, Surrey.
The Role & Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to join a growing team as a Production Operative to effectively handle the blending production of essential oils.
- Hygiene and Quality policy adherence.
- Health & Safety policy and procedure compliance.
- Servicing and maintenance of all production areas and equipment.
- Arranging the procurement of any necessary consumables & equipment for production.
- Assist in operations & production meetings.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Background in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical and processing equipment - Filters, Thistles, Pumps, Vessels, etc.
- Prior experience with fluids, liquids, and beverages is beneficial.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset - Someone who takes initiative and drives results.
Salary
£30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
