Hybrid: 10-12 days onsite per month

NP Group are working closely with an established digital financial services provider that are currently expanding their service offering.
They are looking for a dynamic Principal Programme Manager who comes from a strong background of technical banking and/or commercial projects. They are looking for a Programme manager that can manage multiple and complex work streams using agile working practices.
This organisation requires somebody that is passionate about their work and has the ability to transition into a new environment with ease. Working across a multifaceted and diverse team to requires an excellent communication.
Experience & Skills Required:
- client & project experience
- leadership and error resolution skills - calm under pressure
- development lifecycle and agile methodology expertise
- native implementations
- services and product
- and/or Blockchain experience (Desired)
- and external stakeholder management experience
