JD:
- Responsible & Accountable for: Stakeholder management, gross profit margins, successful contract execution, escalation & dispute management & value creation.
- Atleast 10 years of experience as Oracle Program Manager
- Stakeholder management –
- Customer(s): Executive Sponsors, Programme Director, Business Head’s
- Customer Satisfaction score 6/7
- Partner(s): Oracle CSM, Oracle PSM & Directors of other partners
- Mastek: Vertical leads, PM’s, SA’s, project teams & support functions
- Internal teams:
- Lead & review fulfillment of resource needs for the projects.
- Final authority to onboard / offboard resources, any resource movement across shores.
- Frequent review of team’s performance & quality checks.
- Co-ordination with pre-sales & account managers to mine new opportunities with existing customers.
- Gross Profit Margins –
- Ensure programs are executed within timelines, efforts & budget (within sales gross profit margins / agreed profit margins).
