This supports our mental wellbeing, creates stronger teams and helps us to share knowledge and experience and have fun and be happy.Salary will be dependent on experience and the role.Role PurposeBe responsible for the coordination and managing of Project, CDM and Health & Safety documentation relating to Fundamentals site services, AVC upgrade projects and AVC panel supply. This will involve all stages of documentation from customer order through to project completion/sign off.As Project Coordinator you would be spending most of your time:Arranging and planning Project Handovers with Head of Field Services and relevant Project Engineer(s)Arranging and planning External customer Project Go/No Go meetings with relevant Customer Project Managers.Assisting our Project Engineers with site survey visits when required.Understanding and completion of the following site-specific H&S/CDM documentation;Risk Assessment & Method StatementMinor Works Construction Phase PlanCommissioning plans, site layout plans, fire plansEmergency Procedures SummarySite to Hospital route planReadiness Tracker completion and updating of internal systems (ERP)/spreadsheets.Compiling Project Work Packs for issue.Arrangement and booking of subcontracted SAP resource, Civils resource and Welfare Hire etc.Completing substation SCADA/White book requests and submissionsReviewing completed ‘As Installed’ site documentation and circulate, as required.To be successful in the Project Coordinator role you will require:SMSTS Qualification (Site Management and Safety Training Scheme) (Preferred but not essential)DNO (Distribution Network Operator) and/or substation environment knowledge (Preferred but not essential)Demonstrable interest in or experience of mechanical and electrical engineering (Preferred but not essential)Understanding of industry Health and Safety requirementsAccuracy and attention to detail is extremely important to this roleAble to be adaptable if/when required whilst maintaining a ‘Yes we can’ attitude.Benefits Include:Company sick payHSF Cash health planEmployee Assistant ProgrammeHoliday purchase schemeProfessional membership paidAfter-work activities (5-a-side football, badminton etc.)Company discretionary annual bonusSubsidised Electric vehicle charging at our Swindon and Oldham offices.Are you ready to take on the challenge of our Project Coordinator position?
