Overview

Claims Handler Within this role you will be managing Property claims and processing invoices. You will also be assisting with the completion of Claims whilst offering support to build relationships with Clients, Internal Stakeholders and Claims Handler across the business. Based within our Tamworth Office, this position requires a candidate who has previous property claims experience, and an understanding of the claims process. This role is suited to an individual who is seeking career development within a fast paced environment. How you'll make an impact Good negotiation skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with customers, clients and Colleagues The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims whilst working together as a team Ability to demonstrate understanding and empathy throughout The ability to develop and maintain a close working relationship with our customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim. About you Management of the end to end claims process Accurately logging comprehensive details of the claim Answering incoming calls from customers and clients Work to set KPIs and SLAs Reviewing cases and workflow in a proactive manner and taking action to move claims forward Ensure work is prioritised effectively and that personal targets are met Making Appointments with residents/client and planning routes nationwide Ensuring client’s portals are kept up to date Offer support and assistance to any other operational role within your skill set to ensure the successful running of the operational unit Why Gallagher Bassett?
