As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Property Maintenance Manager join our business.

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance operations, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a deep understanding of property maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for all properties under management.

* Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

* Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs.

* Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations to minimise disruption to tenants and maximise efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.

* Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures, optimising resources while maintaining high-quality standards.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment inventory.

* Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to address maintenance concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications: * Proven experience in property maintenance management, ideally from a joiner background.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

* Solid understanding of safety regulations and building codes applicable to property maintenance.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
