Psychology LecturerLocation: HalesowenHours: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £25,873 - £41,684Think FE are proud to be working with a college in Halesowen who are looking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Psychology teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team.

The college is committed to delivering high-quality education and enhancing their learners' experience, so they’re seeking a proactive professional who is eager to inspire and shape the minds of our students.

Key Responsibilities:Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons for A-level and Applied Psychology Creating and providing resources to aid in student learning.

Assessing, monitoring, supporting, and providing feedback on students' work to ensure progress.

Participating in curriculum development and departmental activities.

Adapting to varying class sizes (typically between 20-30 students).   

Essential Requirements:A recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE or CertEd.

We also welcome other teaching qualifications.

A Degree in Psychology or a related subject Prior teaching experience, and an in-depth knowledge of Psychology (ideally at A-Level specifically) Excellent communication and organisational skills.
