Our client, an international pharma CMO are recruiting for a talented QC Supervisor to support QC, manufacturing and other teams.The main duties include:Working alongside the QC Manager and QP to deliver on projects Monitoring team efforts and ensuring timelines, quality and compliance of work Coaching junior colleagues to continue development and grow relationships cross site Identify smaller projects to support continuous improvements of processes, procedures and skillsets Using organisation skills to manage timelines for testing of raw materials and final products Working with the team to create and review specifications, methods, reports and protocols.The successful candidate will hold a degree in a chemistry discipline, possess some expertise in HPLC, have strong supervisory skills within a GMP environment and dedicated to supporting colleagues and their development.Please apply online in the first instance.STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as a recruitment agency in this instance.
