The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Quantitative Trader specialized in futures algorithmic trading to become a pivotal part of a compact, high-caliber team of 4 traders.

This role is designed for a dynamic individual eager to navigate the complexities of the futures markets, utilizing state-of-the-art HFT execution strategies and advanced colocation software to drive performance and generate significant alpha.

What You Will Responsible For:

• Develop and implement sophisticated algorithmic trading strategies in the futures markets.
• Compete in the exciting world of high-frequency trading, building and trading portfolios with holding periods from microseconds to minutes.
• Collaborate closely with a small team of elite traders to continuously refine trading approaches and leverage collective expertise.
• Utilize advanced central trading resources, including HFT execution engines and colocation software, to maximize trading efficiency and PnL.

Your Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in algorithmic trading, particularly within the futures markets (Crypto, Commodities, Equities, Fixed Income).
• Advanced quantitative skills, with an exceptional background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in successful high-frequency trading teams with a track record of positive Return on Capital.
• In depth understanding of market microstructures.
• Demonstrable ability to consistently generate high sharpe ratio strategies and manage risk effectively.
