Position: Commercial Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate

Hybrid / Permanent

Salary £70,000+

Due to new business wins and continued organic growth, we are currently seeking a number of Scottish qualified real estate lawyers with PQE with over 3 years PQE years to join this highly respected Real Estate team in Glasgow.

The Role:

• This an exceptional opportunity to delve into a diverse array of commercial property work providing support to clients across the UK, working alongside colleagues from different offices.
• Working with investors both domestically and internationally, you will engage in high-profile commercial developments spanning office spaces, logistics, retail, student accommodation, build-to-rent, and infrastructure sectors.
• Real Estate Finance work and large-scale asset management would be advantageous. While prior experience in all these sectors is not mandatory, a keen interest and enthusiasm to explore these areas is highly valued.
• Will involve high-end investment and occupier deals for prominent UK and international corporates, alongside opportunities to contribute to retail investments, urban regeneration schemes, strategic developments, property finance, and various other major projects.
• You'll have the opportunity for future dual qualification, should you desire to extend your expertise into English property.

The Team:

• This is a dynamic team of fee earners in Scotland, highly ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers in Commercial Real Estate.
• You will work closely with several Partners where you'll benefit from the guidance of experienced property lawyers as you transition into your role within this vibrant group.

About the Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with over 3 years post qualifying experience
• Ideally candidates should ideally possess experience gained in a large regional or national practice, with an understanding of the requisite levels of service delivery.
• Strong academic background coupled with an outgoing personality are desired traits.
• role necessitates not only technical excellence but also commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
• You will be team player with a client-focused mindset, eager to contribute to our Property Team's multifaceted activities.
