£24,000 per annum

Welcome to Arrows Group, an international technology staffing and talent solutions agency.

With offices in London, Amsterdam and Berlin, we have built partnerships with established brands and rapidly growing tech start ups to help them hire the best talent in the market across the UK and Europe.

We are building a team of consultants who are passionate about placing the best candidates within technologies including; software engineering, data and cloud.

Our UK and European teams are super busy and are looking for a 180 consultant to help resource and deliver on roles.

The Role

You will work with our Senior Recruiters and resource the best candidates for their job vacancies.

• Taking job briefs directly from clients or with our Senior Recruiters
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, our internal database and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conducting screening calls to assess candidates suitability for roles
• Managing the interview process
• Booking interviews with hiring managers
• Giving feedback to candidates
• Negotiating offers and placements
• Always providing great candidate experience

Experience

• 6 months experience in recruitment
• Experience in technology sectors would be ideal but not essential
• Worked in an office environment
