Due to expansion we have an excitingopportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at ourHead Office in Camberley.

Weare looking for candidates who enjoy working with people who aremotivated by success earnings and learning something new every day.

Property industry knowledge / experienceagain would be ideal however it is not essential.

This is a 360° role. However you willpredominately be finding candidates and nurturing / buildingrelationships and matching candidates with vacancies that wehave.

You're daily tasks willinclude :

• Sourcing candidates for our activejob vacancies
• Reviewing CVs and adding to theCRM
• Building strong relationships with ourclients
• Managing the recruitment interviewprocess from start to end
• Other generaladministrative tasks.

Skills/Attributes Required:

• Experience as arecruitment consultant
• Excellent telephonemannor
• Confident and outgoing personaility
• Articulate
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team or independently
• Resilience
• Strong peopleskills with the ability to build great relationships withcandidates / clients
