Assist Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team working at our flagship site in Hartlebury. 

Experience in Administration, Sales, and Recruitment would be preferred and you must have a full, clean driving licence and ideally your own transport. 
 
Working as a Recruitment Consultant: The Role & Your Responsibilities
You will be based at our site in Hartlebury and the role will include:

Utilizing internal systemsTicket Systems (IT requests, Marketing requests, Purchase Order Numbers etc)Payroll Management SystemsTime & Attendance Systems 

Using the telephone for: 
Making sales cold callsContacting applicants to pre-screen them and book interviewsSpeaking to Warehouse Managers and clients

Conducting candidate induction/assessments Pre-screening applicants and ensuring they meet client standards for placement Full Interviews and on-site inductionsYou should be confident speaking to large groups of people

Data collation/reporting Tracking worker attendanceCreating Reports and analysing dataReporting back to your Management team

Meetings/briefings with different client teams (Operations, HR, Health & Safety etc)You should be confident dealing with a variety of people, from Warehouse Managers to Warehouse Operatives

Recruitment Consultant - Working Hours: 
This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Flexibility with your start and finish times will be required in line with different client requirements at different times of the year.
