This role calls for a confident, new business hungry individual adept at following stringent recruitment process in the public sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of business development, but also have exposure in the recruitment world and be raring to applying that knowledge in procurement for our clients.
Diligence in time management is crucial for this candidate, given the focus on delivery in this role – potentially managing more than 10 roles during multi-hire campaign wins.
We are expecting the right candidate to be comfortable making proactive calls, enthusiastically connecting with smaller clients, showcasing, and selling our comprehensive offerings.
The Team
The team currently comprises of one consultant, and a delivery consultant, making this role perfect for someone seeking a balanced workload, enjoys extensive interaction with wider teams and thrives in a rewarding industry within an exceptional company.
Whilst working under the leadership of Hannah Quinn-Hill, you will have constant growth opportunities, and access to a true market leader, meaning your understanding of the Procurement market will exponentially increase over a short period of time.
What you'll be doing
You will specialise in the Procurement Services vertical where your expertise lies, serving as the go to ‘expert’ for both candidates and clients.
Your primary responsibility will involve targeting line managers within that designated vertical, aiming to maximise opportunities for business acquisition and overall success.
