The role of a Recruitment Consultant:Business development with new and existing clients to generate opportunitiesWorking with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacanciesAttending client meetings/school visitsShortlisting CVs, screening educators and interviewing to build a pipeline of candidatesFilling vacancies within an agreed time scaleMaintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationshipsReviewing your performance to continually improveYou need to be adaptable in recruitment as no two days are the same.

The industry is exciting, fast-paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, enthusiasm and energy.
