As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top talent within the Life Sciences industry by utilizing effective recruitment strategies and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates in the Life Sciences industry through various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and understanding of roles and qualifications within the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
