The Position

• Meeting with candidates in-person/virtually to understand their skill set and career aspirations
• Meeting with clients in-person/virtually to understand their business, growth plans and qualify vacancies
• In-depth research into your industry so you become an expert in your field
• Building specialised databases on Microsoft Excel
• Headhunting candidates for difficult to fill retained vacancies
• Negotiating contracts of employment with candidates/ terms of business with clients

Incentives

AGS has unrivalled commission scheme, paying up to 60% of fee on commission to top performing Consultants.
