As PJ Care continues to expand its operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding care.

Job Overview:As a Recruitment Resourcer at PJ Care, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within our organisation.

Your primary focus will be sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent that aligns with our values and culture.

You will work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the best candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities: * Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.

* Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods, to attract high-quality candidates.

* Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

* Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

* Facilitate reference checks, DBS applications and background screenings as required.

* Extend job offers to successful candidates.

* Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

* Repetitive administrative duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, and scanning.

* Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to optimise recruitment strategies.

* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar role, Healthcare or social care industry would be beneficial but not critical.

* Willing to learn and develop within the team.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to effectively assess candidates and good negotiation and influencing skills.

* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities.
