Responsibilities:

• Source suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Use LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system to find the best candidates for the job.
• Grow engagement on social media.
• Travel as required to meet clients and candidates within the UK and across Europe.

Skills Required:

• Strong work ethic with the ability to remain focused and positive.
• Resilience, with a growth mindset.
• Enthusiastic and passionate approach in everything you do.
• Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person. Being able to get on with people is key.
• Business acumen and be social media savvy
• Due to the nature of our marketplace, familiarity with European culture and business is advantageous.
• European languages are nice to have, but not essential.
• Recent graduates/school leavers with excellent grades as well as experienced applicants with a successful track record in sales or customer service environment should apply.
