Regional Sales Manager in UK

We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for UK & Ireland

You will be accountable for sales revenues in the region, and responsible for defining and implementing strategies with the purpose of increasing market share and revenues.

Your tasks

• Manage and expand business with existing and new sales channels, OEM accounts and end users in assigned geographic region (UK & Ireland as focus).
• Creating and implementing strategies for sales growth in IDEX Fire & Safety brands (Godiva, Lukas, Vetter, AWG) which will involve coordinating commercial issues with internal sales offices (including technical sales support and the regional sales team)
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet both client and internal expectations

Your profile

• Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution and/or work related experience
• Good knowledge of technical processes or products
• Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
• Minimum three years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business sales environment
• Very strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
