Experienced Regional Trainer required to deliver mandatory training program across a portfolio of luxury care homes.This is a permanent position offered with a salary of up to £36,000pa plus all mileage and expenses. The role will involve delivering training across your region of care homes 4 days a week and 1 day a week based from home undertaking all associated administration. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded and successful luxury care home provider where you'll be working closely with the care homes located along the M4 and M40 corridors, from Berkshire to Birmingham. Requirements:Experienced social care trainer with good knowledge across all mandatory subjects. Strong IT skillsFull driving licenceThe ideal candidate will be qualified with PTLLS / L3 or above in education and training and a Diploma / NVQ in Health and Social Care. Key responsibilities:To deliver and evaluate a range of face-to-face training and induction topics to care home employees.To promote an inclusive and positive learning culture within the group, with a focus on the transfer of learning into practice and continuous professional development. To deliver learning opportunities and experiences which have a positive impact on employees and contribute to the delivery of the highest standards of care and support to residents.
