As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role will be to ensure that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals.

Alongside your base salary, you'll enjoy: * Salary: Base salary of £45,203 - £64,827 * Annual Package: Bonus 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on call bonus (approx.

10 weekends per year), Attendance allowance £1,400, plus £2,500 welcome bonus and £2,500 loyalty bonus.
