Regulatory Compliance Associate in UK

Hobson Prior is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Associate.

This role involves supporting the team to ensure successful product launches worldwide.

The successful candidate will work with various teams within the company as well as alongside external partners to ensure all products are accessible in the market.

Responsibilities:

- Keep track of global market clearance status for various products including cosmetics, medical devices and consumer products.

- Manage a central repository of technical documentation and data related to product registrations.

- Coordinate the acquisition and provision of technical documentation as requested by regulatory authorities and distributors.

- Assist with new product and business developments by analysing the regulatory landscape and identifying key documentation requirements, submission strategies and associated costs.

- Facilitate new product registrations and renewals as needed.

- Review and approve product artwork and labelling to ensure compliance with market regulatory requirements.

- Stay updated on market regulations and inform the business about any changes that may impact product sales or exports.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the Medical Device or Cosmetics industry.

- Familiarity with regulatory labelling requirements for Medical Devices or Cosmetics.

- Experience in managing centralized documentation and data repositories.

- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from consumers, suppliers and regulatory agencies.

- Ability to research and process information related to Regulatory requirements.
