Ifyoure an experienced ResidentialChildcare Officer who wants to make a real difference tochildren s lives people that are passionate committed and invest inall that they do to achieve their potential and support others todo so.

Youwill work alongside the Registered Manager Deputy Manager andSenior Residential Child Care Officers caring for and supportingour children to progress positively through receiving encouragementunderstanding care and patience. You will work with externalagencies. All daily and specific recordings will need to becompleted to a high standard and inputted on to a softwaresystem.

Youwill report directly to the Senior RCCO s Deputy Manager andRegisteredManager.


Expectations& Requirements of the Senior Residential ChildcareOfficer:

Right to Work intheUK

6months UK experience of working within a similarsetting

5years of professionalreferences

Enhanced DBSsubscribed to the update service (or willing to getone)

RelevantQualifications (desirable) or willing to worktowards

Work towardsachieving the best outcomes for children in line with Care Qualitystandards and Childrens homes regulations2015.
