Avocet Legal Careers has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a reputable local law firm in Exeter.

This role would suit a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with specific Residential Conveyancing experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years PQE and will have a broad range of Residential Property experience.

Residential Property Lawyer responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with a broad range of Residential Property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Ideally, you will be able to run your own caseloads of matters with minimal supervision
  • You will proactively be involved in business development and networking opportunities, actively marketing yourself, your team and the firm

Residential Property Lawyer requirements:

  • You will be a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years PQE
  • You will be able to work independently as well as part of the wider team
  • You will be driven, motivated and enthusiastic
  • You will be keen to attend business development and networking events
