Residential Property Lawyer in London

A dynamic Legal 500 firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with upwards of 2 PQE to join their Residential Property team.

Recognised as an outstanding place to work, you will be carrying out the full scope of Residential Property work, including conveyancing, buying, and selling freehold, leasehold, and new build properties.

You will also advise on shared ownership, buy-to-let properties, remortgages, and property auctions.

The residential property team deals with property of varying values and types, from flats for first-time buyers to multi-million-pound freehold properties.

Clients include families, professionals, and notable individuals.

The firm has seen record growth in recent years with a diverse and inclusive culture and is also known for its high employee retention.

This is a full-time role onsite Monday to Friday at the firm's North London offices, with standard working hours usually between 9-5.
