Role Overview:Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Roofer to join our growing Repairs team in 2024.

Thirteen Benefits: * Salary - £32,528 per annum * You’ll have the opportunity to join our overtime rota, paid at time and a half, and callout duties for up to £26.

30am to 4.

30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.

30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer.

In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.

30am to 3.

30pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities: * Support our repairs and maintenance department, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.

* Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners – so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.

* Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.

* Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You: * Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.

* Have relevant experience in the trade and be educated to NVQ level 2 in the relevant trade qualification.

* Must possess a valid UK driving license.

* Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn.

We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.

* A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
