Sales Executive in Derby

Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading security business based near Derby, who are looking to recruit a sales professional to join their expanding office team.

Taking responsibility for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, and arranging appointments for field-based sales consultants, the successful candidate will have experience in a customer-facing sales position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists and website leads
• Introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers
• Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
• Objection handling
• Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience within sales
• Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
• Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management - all training will be provided
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Passion for sales and enjoy communicating with people
