Sales Progressor - £30,000 Walton on Thames, SurreyThis extremely well established and successful estate agency are looking for an organised, motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Property Sales Progressor to join their busy team in Walton on Thames.

Sales Progressor duties:Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completionLiaising with agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors, local councilCorresponding with Vendors and purchasers via telephone and emailProviding all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchaseUpdating and maintaining running sales filesShowing persistence when required to ensure exchange deadline is metTo be a Sales Progressor, you need:Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workloadStrong relationship-building skills and driven, proactive and confident natureFull in-depth knowledge of conveyancing processExperience within a similar role in estate agency and knowledge of the UK property marketThrives in a fast-paced, sales environmentAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesFull-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.
