School Administrator in Leeds

Career Teachers are currently searching for a School Administrator to work in a school in Leeds.

The role is full-time however we are interested from hearing from candidates with part-time availability too.

The right candidate will have admin experience and a passion to help within education.

You will be helping with the main reception, assisting with students EHCPs and helping with general administration tasks.

This is a temporary role with an opportunity to extend if you are looking for a more permanent option.

The working hours are as follows: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.

An Enhanced Child Only DBS is essential (You must have one or be willing to apply).

The role includes:General admin duties within the school using the school computer systems to input data and update student information.

Providing support to the office, staff and pupils when required.

Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks.

Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendlyResponsibilities such as photocopying, dealing with deliveries and covering the school reception.

SIMS experience would be useful but full training can be provided.
